I've been using Pin Up Girl for over a year now. It has become part of my daily workout routine. I throw a scoop in the shaker bottle they gave me (thanks!) and head off to CrossFit. When I finish my workout, I actually crave it. I prefer chocolate. I just fill the bottle at the gym and enjoy it on my way home. It helps to wind down after my workout. I've 100% become more toned and stronger since using Pin Up Girl. I've done the same workout for a while now, but have had more gains (lol) since I started supplementing protein.
